About Us
Sanctuary 7 was built on more than just great haircuts. From the beginning, it was conceived as a hub for the community — a unique, creative safe space where men could feel at ease, open up, and be themselves. Rooted in a belief in men's health and wellbeing, the shop has always championed the art of a real conversation as much as the craft of the cut.
We've been in the heart of Den Haag for five years, bringing over 40 years of combined experience in the industry, blending old-school barbering traditions with a sharp, modern sensibility. The Role
Who We're Looking For
Confident with classic cuts, fades, scissor work and beard grooming. A few years of professional experience preferred — but attitude and craft matter more than years.
Consistent quality, on time, and respectful of our clients' time. Our regulars come back because they know exactly what they're getting.
Comfortable holding real conversation. Sanctuary 7 is as much about the chair-side experience as the cut itself.
Bring your own perspective and style. We want barbers who push their craft, not just repeat the same cut.
